New Breakfast Nook and Countertop

This is the messy living room with bookcase filled with albums. The tenant had lived here for over 15 years and had recently passed.

Once we moved everything out, we decided to open up the kitchen wall to create more space.

Melvin Services responded to a last minute request to tear down the wall and install a breakfast nook.  Melvin installed a 12 inch counter so that you can work/eat from both the kitchen and the living room
There’s lots more space in the kitchen now. A new stove will be installed
The floor blends well with the new polar white paint.

The bookcase was painted and moved to the outer wall.

It’s amazing what we can do by tearing down the wall and building a nook.
