In the basement bedroom we wanted to replace the drywall 12 inches from the floor and install ceramic tile as the baseboard.
First we thoroughly cleaned any mildew and mold spores from the studs with a strong bleach cleanser.
We also opened up the wall in the den so that any water from flooding can flow and moisture can dry out.
